Throughout his tenure in the IT sector, Santosh has been a staunch advocate for process optimization and enhancements in the implementation of ITIL processes across various organizations. As an effective people manager, he excels in extracting the best performance from his technical teams while fostering the development of self-managed groups that operate autonomously, requiring minimal adjustments.
